From September 15 to 17, the 2026 International Digital Energy Expo, themed “Foreseeing Energy, Transforming the Future with Intelligence,” took place in Shenzhen. For the first time, it was co-located with the 2026 Energy Green Development Conference. Energy storage company HiTHIUM presented a full-scenario integrated energy storage product portfolio and took part in main forum discussions.
During the expo, Chen Xingying, Vice Chairperson of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, and Yang Kun, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the China Electricity Council, visited the HiTHIUM booth with government representatives from various regions. Delegations from overseas governments and enterprises, including Spain and Hungary, also visited to discuss energy storage technology and project implementation.
At the event, the 2026 Shenzhen Digital Energy White Paper was released, offering a “Shenzhen Model” for new power system construction and digital energy transformation. HiTHIUM’s long-duration energy storage systems and cells were included in the white paper, marking industry recognition of its long-duration storage technology.
HiTHIUM displayed integrated solutions for three key areas: utility-scale storage, commercial and industrial (C&I) storage, and residential storage. The portfolio is designed to address storage needs across different durations and application environments.
In utility-scale storage, the company highlighted the ∞Power 6.9MWh 8-hour and ∞Power 6.25MWh 4-hour long-duration energy storage systems. These products target varied long-duration deployment scenarios and provide system support for power regulation over extended periods. In C&I, it presented the ∞Power 1022kWh storage cabinet, supporting the industry’s move toward higher single-unit capacity, greater system integration, and longer discharge durations. For residential storage, HiTHIUM featured solutions such as the ARKVOLT F8S and ARKVOLT L16, aimed at providing stable energy security for households with distributed solar, reducing electricity costs and improving energy self-sufficiency.
On the afternoon of September 15, Li Yanghua, Director of HiTHIUM’s Residential Storage Product Department, delivered a keynote speech titled “From Large Cells to Energy Management: The Evolution and Innovation of Residential Storage Technology.” He discussed global market trends and the company’s practical work in residential storage.
Li noted that, using capabilities spanning cells to systems, HiTHIUM has built a varied residential storage portfolio for different global regions and application scenarios, while continuing to improve safety, cost-efficiency, and intelligence. Looking ahead, the residential storage business will be driven by technological innovation, supported by localized services, and underpinned by integrated, all-scenario delivery capabilities. Through wider adoption of distributed clean energy, the company aims to help build a low-carbon, intelligent, and sustainable global energy ecosystem.
HiTHIUM’s participation in the 2026 International Digital Energy Expo is seen as a step in its deeper engagement with China’s digital energy industry. The company said it will continue to use its integrated technology strengths to expand all-scenario energy storage solutions, promote the integration of energy storage and digital energy technologies, accelerate large-scale deployment of long-duration storage, and support new power system development, working toward a green, safe, and intelligent energy future.
