Energy storage leader REPT BATTERO announced significant dual achievements on the opening day of the 18th SNEC International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Conference, highlighting progress in safety standards and global market expansion.

The company confirmed its Wending® 392Ah battery cell successfully passed stringent safety tests under China's latest national standard, GB/T 36276-2023, conducted by the China Automotive Research Institute. The cell demonstrated strong performance in critical assessments, including high-altitude charge/discharge, temperature adaptability, overcharge/discharge tolerance, and thermal runaway prevention.

Simultaneously, REPT BATTERO announced its Powtrix® energy storage system passed the demanding CSA/ANSI C800 large-scale fire safety test. A fully equipped 5MWh Powtrix® battery compartment endured extreme conditions, including bottom ignition, minimal spacing, sustained 1000°C flame exposure, and disabled fire suppression. Despite burning for approximately 14 hours, the compartment effectively contained the hazard, showcasing robust safety for large-scale deployments.

Alongside these safety validations, REPT BATTERO showcased its advanced product lineup:

• Wending® 392Ah Cell: 415Wh/L density, >12,000 cycles, ≥95% efficiency, strong size compatibility.

• Wending® 587Ah Cell: 430Wh/L density, >10,000 cycles, 96.5% efficiency, 20-25 year design life.

• Powtrix® 3.0 System: 6.26MWh capacity, 20ft container, +20% energy density, -16% land use, robust transport resilience.

The company further solidified its market position by signing strategic cooperation agreements with multiple industry leaders, including Shanghai Sige New Energy, Guangzhou Felice Solar Energy, Zhejiang Jinko Energy Storage, Haixi New Energy, Pinggao Group, Shanghai Pai Intelligent Source, Goldensun Energy Group, and Ningbo Deye Energy Storage Technology. These deals, representing over 20GWh in cumulative cell procurement contracts, significantly expand REPT BATTERO's global footprint.
