On April 1st, Great Power made a significant impact at ESIE 2026, presenting its latest all-scenario energy storage solutions under the theme "Hardcore Core, Defining Reliability." The showcase was headlined by the new 587Ah "Fengpeng" large cell, the Hanhai series for AIDC applications, and a flagship 6.25MWh containerized solution. From utility-scale systems to residential POLAR and HOME series, the company demonstrated a comprehensive technological map centered on extreme reliability.
The 587Ah Cell: A New Benchmark for Large-Scale Storage

The "Fengpeng" 587Ah cell quickly became the center of attention. Focused on high efficiency and safety, this cell utilizes innovative material systems and structural designs to achieve superior performance across all temperatures. With integrated technologies like Nano High-Temp Shielding and Flame-Retardant Gel Electrolyte, it has passed rigorous safety tests including nail penetration and thermal runaway. Notably, it delivers over 95% efficiency at 25°C and supports over 10,000 cycles, significantly lowering the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) for global customers. The accompanying 6.25MWh Great Com system further streamlines integration, reducing costs for large-scale power plants.
Empowering AI Data Centers with Hanhai Series
Addressing the millisecond response requirements of AI workloads, Great Power introduced the Hanhai 85Ah AIDC-specific cell. Capable of a 10C high-rate discharge (peaking at 12C), it maintains over 97.5% capacity even under heavy loads. This ensures a seamless power transition during grid interruptions, protecting data integrity and computational stability. With a high-frequency pulse cycle life exceeding 60,000 times, the Hanhai series provides a robust buffer between utility failure and backup generator activation, precisely serving the needs of modern high-density data centers.
Expanding Horizons: Low-Temp and Residential Innovations
Great Power also enriched its residential portfolio. The POLAR series tackles the pain points of cold regions, maintaining stable output even at -30°C. Meanwhile, the third-generation HOME series large cylindrical batteries are becoming a preferred choice for residential and low-speed e-mobility due to their high-safety architecture and long lifespan. These diversified offerings reflect Great Power’s deep insight into regional demands and its commitment to precise, reliable energy solutions worldwide.
