EVE Energy announced plans to commercialize its all-solid-state battery technology by 2026 during its 2nd Lithium Battery Conference on June 18th, coinciding with its 24th anniversary.
The company revealed key performance metrics for its solid-state pouch cells:
Operating Range: -20°C to 60°C at 20MPa pressure
Cycle Life: 2,000+ cycles at 45°C@1C
Storage: >93% capacity recovery after 28 days at 60°C
Power: 8C discharge capability
Safety: Passes crush and 200°C thermal chamber tests
Technology Roadmap:
2026: "Generation 1.0" solid-state battery with 350Wh/kg and 800Wh/L density
2028: "Generation 2.0" battery exceeding 1000Wh/L

Chemistry: NCM cathode + silicon-carbon anode + sulfide solid electrolyte
Cathode: Dual-layer coating (ion-conductive inner layer + halide electrolyte outer layer) prevents side reactions
Anode: Low-expansion silicon-carbon composite with carbon coating
