Sungrow Launches Hybrid Energy Project for Polish Healthcare Facility
Rzeszów, Poland | August 1
Global renewable energy leader Sungrow, in partnership with installer Recosolar, has commissioned an advanced solar-plus-storage system at a rehabilitation center in Rzeszów, Poland. The 16kWp rooftop PV array coupled with a 25kWh energy storage system (ESS) enhances energy reliability and self-consumption for critical healthcare operations.
Michał Kłos, Sungrow’s Poland Country Manager, stated: "This project demonstrates our commitment to tailored, resilient energy solutions. It’s a strategic step toward stabilizing Poland’s healthcare energy infrastructure."
Modular Technology Deployment
The setup features Sungrow’s SH15T 3-phase hybrid inverters (98%+ efficiency) and five modular SBH100 batteries (5kWh each). Designed for scalability, the ESS supports up to eight battery modules. Integrated smart management via Sungrow’s iHomeManager optimizes lighting, heating, and EV charging.
Recosolar’s Paweł Bytnar noted: "Sungrow’s reliable tech and local support prove solar’s viability in healthcare—ensuring uninterrupted power where it matters most."
Operational Benefits
The rehabilitation center now achieves greater energy independence with real-time monitoring and seamless smart-system integration, critical for continuous care operations.
Localized Expertise
Sungrow maintains robust European operations with 750+ employees, 25+ offices, and two R&D centers. Its dedicated Polish team provides end-to-end support for residential to utility-scale projects, regularly featured at industry events like ENEX Kielce.
