PowerStack 255CS: Liquid-Cooled C&I ESS

With a global track record in sectors like metallurgy and automotive, Sungrow is advancing industrial decarbonization. For the Indian market, it introduced the PowerStack 255CS, an integrated ESS using 314 Ah cells for 257 kWh capacity in a 2-hour configuration.

Efficiency and Cost: This pre-configured system cuts installation time and expense. An AI-driven thermal management function reduces daily heat loss by 33%, while liquid-cooling maintains a temperature difference of ≤2.5°C for optimal performance.

Safety: The design incorporates a three-level fire protection system with early thermal runaway warnings and three-level overcurrent protection (PACK, RACK, PCS) to safeguard operations.

Flexibility: The system allows for grid-tied, off-grid, and automatic switching. The ST255CX supports clusters of up to 25 units, and together with the ST510CS model, offers a comprehensive solution for India's C&I sector.

MG5/6RL Hybrid Inverter + MGL060 Battery: Residential Power

Sungrow's new residential PV and ESS solution addresses India's need for reliable power amidst urbanization and rising costs.

Performance: The system supports 20A inputs from mainstream panels, a wide MPPT range, and patented PID protection to help maximize energy yield.

Power Reliability: It operates at 45°C without derating, switches to backup power within 4ms, and allows parallel connection of up to 8 inverters and 16 batteries for consistent power.

Durability: The MGL060 battery features a 314Ah cell, IP65 rating, and C5-M corrosion resistance for a 15-year lifespan. The flexible system supports retrofits or new installations and works with various batteries and diesel generators.

2.5 kW Microinverter S2500S-L: Enhanced Residential PV

The new S2500S-L microinverter, designed for home use, offers 2.5 kW nominal power and four independent MPPTs with an 18A operating current.

Heat Resilience: Built for high temperatures, it operates at 45°C without power reduction and remains functional up to 80°C, preventing shutdowns in confined rooftop spaces.

Installation: Featuring one-click configuration, the device supports both DC and AC wiring for plug-and-play setup convenience.

Safety: Compliance with IEC 63027 rapid shutdown standards and low DC input voltage contribute to its safety profile, setting a reliability benchmark for residential inverters in India.
