Mesquite, Texas, August 29, 2025 – HiTHIUM has officially begun shipping its first energy storage systems from its advanced manufacturing facility in Texas, transitioning into full-scale production in North America. The move signals a new phase in the company's strategy to supply the regional market with high-quality, locally produced energy storage solutions.
The Texas plant, HiTHIUM’s first U.S.-based production center, boasts an annual capacity of 10 GWh. It incorporates automated manufacturing and precision engineering to maintain product consistency and quickly adapt to customer needs. By producing domestically and offering localized service, HiTHIUM aims to reduce delivery times and provide customized energy storage systems.
Sustainability and community involvement are core focuses for the new facility. The plant utilizes energy-efficient operations, low-carbon materials, and employs local talent, reinforcing HiTHIUM’s dedication to environmental and social governance. Beyond manufacturing, the facility supports regional job creation and economic development.
James Boswell, VP of North America Operations at HiTHIUM, stated, “This initial shipment isn’t just about volume—it’s about commitment. Manufacturing in the U.S. allows us to align with local standards, accelerate response times, and contribute meaningfully to the American clean energy shift.”
Looking forward, HiTHIUM plans to use the Texas facility as a central hub for supply chain cooperation and technological innovation, further promoting clean energy adoption throughout North America.
